Terms of Service
Last updated: June 29, 2026
1. Who we are
Flow Autopilot is operated by Munawar Automation ("we," "us," "our"), a sole proprietorship. You can reach us anytime at waqas@munawarautomation.com. These Terms govern your use of the Flow Autopilot Chrome extension and related services (the "Service").
2. What the Service is
Flow Autopilot is a browser extension that automates submitting a list of text prompts into Google Flow, a third-party AI image/video generation product operated by Google, and automatically downloads the resulting images. Flow Autopilot is an independent, third-party tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Google in any way. Google Flow's own terms of service and any usage limits still apply to your account when you use it, with or without our Service.
3. Eligibility and your Google Flow account
You must have your own access to Google Flow to use this Service; we do not provide that access. You're responsible for keeping your own use of Google Flow within Google's terms of service. We have no control over Google's product, its availability, or any action Google may take regarding your account, and we are not responsible for any consequences arising from your use of a third-party platform.
4. Subscriptions and billing
The Service is offered on a recurring monthly or annual subscription, billed automatically through our payment processor, Stripe, until you cancel. To cancel, email us at waqas@munawarautomation.com and we'll confirm your cancellation; you'll keep access until the end of your current billing period, and you won't be charged again after that.
5. Refunds
We offer a 3-day money-back guarantee. See our Refund Policy for full details.
6. Your license key
Each subscription includes one license key, which activates on one device at a time. Sharing a license key, attempting to circumvent the one-device limit, or redistributing, reselling, reverse engineering, or modifying the extension is not permitted and may result in suspension of your license without refund.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to generate unlawful content, to violate any third party's rights, or to abuse Google Flow's systems beyond ordinary use (for example, attempting to bypass Google's own rate limits through means other than the ordinary batching this Service performs).
8. No warranty
The Service depends on Google Flow's website, which we do not control and which can change at any time without notice. We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service working when that happens, but we provide the Service "as is" and cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or any action taken by Google against your account, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date.
11. Governing law
This section is still being finalized as we settle the business's legal registration, and will be updated here once confirmed.
